studio policies
Arrival: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before class to check in, settle in, and get comfortable before class begins. If you are using Kin Kids, please allow extra time for drop-off.
Start Time: Please be on your mat at the scheduled class start time. For the safety and flow of class, doors may close once class begins. Guests may not be admitted more than 5 minutes after class start time.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 13 to take class. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian signature on file.
Studio Temperature: Our studio is slightly heated to create a warm, comfortable, and energizing environment. Please bring water and listen to your body throughout class.
Mats + Props: Mats are provided. Please bring clean sneakers for strength and grip socks for Pilates.
Payments: Kin House is a cashless studio. We accept credit and debit card payments only.
cancellations + no-shows
Early Cancellation: If you cancel more than 6 hours before class start time, there is no penalty.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 6 hours of class start time, you will be charged an $8 late cancellation fee. If you have a limited class package or membership, your class credit will remain on your account.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for class, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
How to Cancel: All cancellations must be handled through our booking platform or app. Emailing the studio to cancel or let us know you are running late does not exempt you from the cancellation, late arrival, or no-show policy.
Final Sale: All purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Membership Cancellation: Memberships auto-renew and require cancellation at least 30 days before your next billing date.
waitlist
To join the waitlist, you must have an active class, package, or membership on your account. If a spot opens, you will be added automatically and notified by email or text.
If you are added to class within 6 hours of the start time, the 6-hour cancellation policy still applies.
You will be removed from the waitlist 1 hour before class start time. After that, you may opt in manually if a last-minute spot becomes available.
kin kids
Kin Kids is available during select class times and must be booked in advance. Please arrive early enough to check your child in and help them get settled before your class begins.
Children must remain in the Kin Kids area while checked in. Parents and guardians must stay on-site at Kin House while using Kin Kids. You are welcome to take class, sit in the lobby, work, or relax, but you may not leave Kin House.
The same cancellation and no-show policy applies to Kin Kids reservations. If you cancel within 6 hours of your reservation, you will be charged an $8 late cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your Kin Kids reservation, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
extras
Class Packs: Single classes and class packages cannot be extended.
Personal Belongings: Kin House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please keep your belongings safe and leave valuables at home when possible.
Lost + Found: Items left behind will be placed in lost and found. Unclaimed items may be donated after a reasonable period of time.
