kin means family.

the people we raise, the people we move beside, the people who make a place feel like home.

At Kin House, we believe taking care of yourself and taking care of your family should not feel like competing priorities. This is a space where both can exist under one roof. A place to move, reset, breathe, and come back to yourself for 50 uninterrupted minutes, while your child is cared for nearby.

And you do not need to have kids to belong here.

Kin House is for anyone craving a thoughtful space to move, reconnect, and feel held by community. Parents, non-parents, soon-to-be parents, friends, neighbors, and anyone looking for a second home to carve out time for themselves.

your people are welcome here.

meet berkley, owner

Berkley has spent the last decade at the intersection of fitness, design, and hospitality, with certifications in mat Pilates, barre, and Lagree, alongside a career as a brand designer for emerging businesses, Michelin-starred restaurants, hospitality concepts, and creative founders. Kin House brings those worlds together through intentional movement, thoughtful design, and a space that feels as welcoming as it is beautiful.

As a former college soccer player, Berkley has had eight knee surgeries, including three ACL tears, as well as hip labrum surgery. Pilates became one of the first forms of movement that felt safe, challenging, and genuinely good on her body. Its focus on control, alignment, and modification helped her rebuild strength without feeling limited by past injuries.

After becoming a mother in 2026, she quickly realized how hard it can be to find time for yourself when working out also means coordinating childcare, asking for help, or squeezing movement into an already full day.

Kin House was born from that need.

It is a place where parents can take 50 minutes for themselves while their child is cared for nearby, but it is not exclusively for parents. Kin House is for anyone who wants an amazing workout in a beautiful, thoughtful space rooted in care, community, and belonging.

A second home for movement, connection, and the people we call kin.
