Our name comes from the word kin: family, connection, the people we care for and the people who care for us.
Designed to help you prioritize yourself for 50 minutes, Kin House brings together mat Pilates, yoga, strength, community, and trusted childcare in one beautiful space.
Our classes are led by certified instructors and world-class teachers, while your littles are cared for nearby by CPR-certified caregivers who are excited to keep them safe, happy, and held.
We created Kin House as a space where you do not have to choose between caring for yourself and caring for your family. Come for movement, breath, and reset- with childcare available nearby.
No kids? You still belong here. Kin House is for anyone looking for an intentional place to move, gather, breathe, and feel at home.

An energizing vinyasa yoga class that connects movement with breath. Expect a thoughtful, dynamic sequence designed to improve strength, mobility and balance.
Mats are provided.Prenatal and postpartum clients are welcome in all Kin House classes. Please let your instructor know before class so they can offer modifications as needed.

Our signature sculpt-inspired mat Pilates class. Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and challenge your entire body, this high-energy, low-impact workout blends intentional Pilates movement with modern sculpt training for a powerful burn. Expect controlled strength, core-focused sequences, and feel-good movement that leaves you stronger with every class.
Mats are provided. Grip socks optional.

A high-energy, station-based interval class designed to build full-body strength. Expect functional movement, resistance training and short bursts of cardio using weights and other equipment.
Clean indoor athletic shoes are required. Please bring a separate pair to wear in the studio so we can keep the space clean and safe for our littlest members.
We’ll also offer specialized classes, including prenatal and postnatal movement, sound baths, restore and more. Stay tuned for what’s coming.
